Lithe Yoga Studio is a self-managed and self-maintained studio by @lins_lotus.
Before Lithe Yoga Studio officially established in 2017, the founder had been teaching yoga at Yoga Betz Studio and Sintesa Peninsula Gym and Fitness Yoga Class for several years.

Yoga Styles

Gentle YogaGentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses. Gentle yoga styles help to get the body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul.

Gentle Yoga adalah yoga yang fokus pada kesadaran pikiran dan tubuh, dimana tipe yoga ini lebih ringan jauh dibandingkan tipe yoga lain. Versi yoga yang rileks menegaskan relaksasi pikiran melalui rangkaian instruksi pernafasan, peregangan, dan pose yoga perlahan. Vinyasa FlowVinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. his class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this practice as modifications are always offered!

Prenatal yoga adalah bentuk dari gentle yoga untuk membantu kebutuhan ibu hamil dalam keseluruhan trimesternya. Fokus prenatal yoga adalah pada pose-pose restoratif, dimana tetap menjaga keamanan ibu hamil selagi melatih gerakan, peregangan, pernafasan, dan memusatkan pikiran.

I am a professional mom with yoga addiction.And by the magic I found on the mat, I completed my 200-Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).
I find yoga to be physically challenging, yet at the same time, able to make me let go of the intense competitive desire. Yoga to me is a complete mind, body and soul experience.
I am incredibly excited to have followed my dream of opening Lithe Yoga Studio in 2017. At the studio, I am able to give personal attention to those seeking a healthy way of living by offering yoga classes.I am fulfilled seeing students leave with a smile, knowing they have gained both the mental and physical benefits the practice has to offer! I truly hope to inspire students to connect with themselves and trust their inner strength, which is always greater than we think.
